Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange or refund in very rare and special condition. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Depending on where customer live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach customer may vary.
If customer is returning more expensive items, they may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If customer need to exchange it for the same, send us an email at sales@indiartique.com. Company will bear the shipping cost only if customer have a clear unboxing video which shows that the product was damaged in transit otherwise customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If customer receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@indiartique.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, customer has to place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note that customer have to make unboxing video of the product they received to insure that the product received was damaged in transit. If customer do not have unboxing video of a damaged product or video is unclear or do not depict that product was damaged already the refund or exchange request will be rejected.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer with an email that we have received the returned item. We will also notify customer of the approval or rejection of the exchange or refund request. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process the refund or exchange. We will notify the customer by email when the refund has been processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If customer haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
